Our adventure is almost over. Today after class we went to visit a farm owned by a former Vice Presidential candidate. Students were able to ask questions about politics, economy and other issues in Nicaragua. We had a very educational morning.

Sunday. After swimming at Apoyo (water volcano) we took a trip to Volcan Masaya, an active fire volcano. After the volcano we ended our weekend at the theater in Managua to view a performance of Nicaraguan folcloric dance.

After a week of hard work, on Saturday we had an excursion to San Juan del Sur. We took fishing boats and experienced some fishing and swimming.
